Thank you for your purchase of IVX 128 Plus. In addition to what is covered in your IVX 128 Installation
Manual, this system has additional programmable features, described herein, as well as changes in
the way you program previously available functions; so please use this supplement with your
Installation Manual.
Function 15: System timing parameters
Function 153: Recall timers
What’s new: Separate settings for the hold and park recall timers.
Function 1531: Hold recall timer
This is the amount of time, in seconds, that a call will remain on hold before recalling to the extension
that initiated the hold.
Range: 5–960 seconds.
Default: 60 seconds.
Function 1532: Park recall timer
This is the amount of time, in seconds, that a call will remain on park before recalling to the extension
that initiated the park.
Range: 5–960 seconds.
Default: 60 seconds.
Function 16: System feature parameters
What’s new: Function 16 has been broadened: the recording alert has now become Function 161,
while connect tone and system-wide hold have been added.
Function 161: Recording alert tone
This sets whether the system plays a short beep every 15 seconds during a call recording, indicating to
both parties that a recording is in progress.
Default: Disabled (the beep does not play).
Function 162: Connect tone
This sets whether the system plays a system connect tone (the two short beeps a user hears when a
station answers).
Default: Enabled (the beeps play).
